Small Shops Vendor information

Each year, Matthews Alive welcomes around 100,000 people to the Festival over Labor Day Weekend. Are you interested in being a vendor, where you can sell your products to the Festival patrons? Are you a pop-up shop pro, with unique items for sale?

Please fill out this year’s online application, found here: https://form.jotform.com/243527809103152 Please follow the directions on the application. Credit cards will not be charged unless you are accepted. Applications are accepted until June 30th each year, but spaces fill up very quickly.

Jewelry, candles, soaps, face painting, skincare, and tattoo artist categories fill up almost immediately, so you may want to email before you complete your application if you are part of those categories:  matthewsalivecrafts@gmail.com  FULL FOR 2025: ALL jewelry, face painting, henna tattoos, baked goods, honey, jams jellies, 3D printing.

Pricing:

A 10×10 booth space is $325, $342 with credit card fees applied.
