Welcome to Matthews Alive! Online. Join the fun by volunteering at the Matthews Alive! Festival. We are expecting more than 100,000 visitors and will need more than 2000 volunteers to make it all happen. We are looking for outgoing, energetic and responsible people who desire creative challenges. We need people who are willing to "get their hands dirty" while having a good time.

As a non-profit festival, all proceeds benefit the many non-profit organizations in the Matthews area who spend time "working" at the festival. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with these non-profit organizations – helping raise money for a good cause!

Come be a part of this exciting event! Volunteer opportunities include:

Selling event merchandise:	T-shirts, posters and novelties.
Information:	Answering questions, handing out brochures, etc.
Family Fun Area:	Assisting vendors with children’s activities
Stage Managers:	Assisting with the daily coordination of entertainment and emcees
Volunteer Captains:	Managing the volunteers in the areas above, willing to attend a pre-festival meeting and work multiple shifts.
